Stephanie McCaine serves as Deputy Supervisor for the Town of Bedford and is the founder of Hamlet Education Group, an independent educational consulting practice based in Katonah. Drawing on more than two decades of experience in education and organizational leadership, she brings a pragmatic, collaborative approach to public service—focused on results, accountability, and open communication.

As a Town Board member, Stephanie champions inclusive, transparent governance and policies that reflect the real needs of Bedford residents. Her priorities include strengthening local infrastructure, expanding housing options, and advancing sustainability—not only in preserving Bedford’s natural environment, but in sustaining the community spirit that defines it. She believes good government listens first, acts responsibly, and builds a Bedford that works for everyone.
